After discussing my ideas with Tam (the old boy from next door) he pointed out the strains and weak points in my designs, and have narrowed it to the most viable idea. He also stressed that if I want the blocks to be interlocking then it was very important to get the moulds as spot on as possible, and that he did not have the equipment to help me. Through a mutual friend from the college he suggested I speak with mark cruise a lecturer in joinery so that is where I'm heading just now.
